Cheer Gear asks that you double-check your team order for accuracy before placing. Once order has been entered into production, it is not possible to change or cancel.

Cheer Gear stands behind every order placed! To correct all shortages and/or mis-shipments in a timely manner, Cheer Gear ask that you contact their Customer Service Department within one week of receiving!

Check or Money Orders:
To be used for order that are; phone, mailed, or faxed in.
Cheer Gear will not process your order until the check has cleared the bank.
All checks must be made out to: Cheer Gear.
Your check must include the following information:

• Name
• Street address
• City, State, Zip Code
• Telephone number
• Drivers license number (to be located on memo line of check)

School / University Purchase Orders:
Cheer Gear will accept a school / university purchase order by mail or faxing. The following must be included:

• Must be submitted on school / university letter head
• School / university official’s printed full name & signature
• Contact phone number
• Purchase order total must include: merchandise, printing, tax and shipping total.

Orders will not be processed until verification is met.

Tax Exemption:
Your purchase order must accompany a tax-exempt certificate for exemption.

COD:
COD is not offered as a payment option.
